Account and organization scope
VerityRounds uses signed-in organization accounts. Access to records is limited by the user’s organization, role, facility, and assigned scope. Organizations are responsible for account approval, workforce access, policy, consent, retention, and required notices.
Evidence and follow-up records
Authorized users may capture photos, video, documents, voice, notes, checklists, scanned identifiers, and follow-up status. The app stores work locally when needed and synchronizes authorized records and attachments with its hosted service when connectivity is available.
AI-assisted findings
Submitted evidence may be sent to an organization-configured AI service or processed by compatible Apple intelligence services when enabled and available. AI findings are suggestions; authorized staff must review, edit, accept, or remove them. Do not use AI output as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or replacement for professional judgment.
Diagnostics and security
VerityRounds may collect limited technical diagnostics and operational event categories needed to protect and improve the service. Production telemetry is designed to exclude resident content, direct identifiers, credentials, and raw captured evidence. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Not an EHR
VerityRounds supports evidence capture and operational follow-up. It does not replace the EHR, required clinical records, emergency processes, professional judgment, or an organization’s legal and regulatory responsibilities.
